Last week, during the heat wave, I wore my cape – with my rocking red jeans I picked up at Old Navy last week. Can I tell you how much I paid for them? $1.87. Yes, that’s right – under $2 for one of the hottest trends of the season. SCORE!!

Friday, my son and I headed up to New York City for an event, so I wanted to be stylish. but pretty comfy. Naturally, I have like no pictures of my whole outfit, because I’m on the ball like that. This is the closest thing to a whole body shot that I have. Just ignore the big, blue  furry dude 😉

This one is for Juggling Chic, who inspired me to go to a consignment store this week. My find? This Burberry silk scarf for… wait for it.. $20. I’m hooked. I paired with with a blazer and jeans for a meeting – all of these were purchased on clearance at one point. Talk about bargain chic!
